Class 3 were getting stuck into their latest DT lesson, exploring different types of construction. They were investigating the best way to make a stable, freestanding structure similar to the old New Brighton tower.
Class 4 made the most of the sunshine yesterday. They enjoyed their Forest School sesisons and in DT they used different construction kits to build strong stable towers.

It wasn't just the children who enjoyed World Book Day yesterday!
Wonderful World Book Day! There were so many amazing costumes yesterday. It was a great day filled with book-related activities and buddy reading.
Y6 got really hands-on with their science work yesterday. As part of their learning about the circulatory system, they took part in a heart dissection. Well done for all of the great learning and the strong stomachs!
On Monday, a group of lucky Y3&4s got the chance to play in a tournament organised by Liverpool FC. Their footballing skills and enthusiasm shone through. Well done all!
